Here we go! The snow finally started "falling" a little while ago (It's actually blowing in sideways). This morning the wind was blowing hard from the west as usual, but by midday it calmed down, then suddenly it started blowing from the east. When it blows up the valley from the east that means it's coming from the north in Canada, but it has to wrap around the mountains and come up the valley. After a while we went out and played in the falling snow, then took a drive over to Swiftcurrent Motor Inn and took a walk. It's always calmer over there even when it's windy at Many Glacier. When you stand still all you can hear are snowflakes falling, it sounds lonely and peaceful.
The temperature is 25 degrees and these guys are NOT having any fun at all.
